Hotel Reservations

• Participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations.  The Mystic area is a popular summer destination, so reservations should be made early.

• A block of rooms at a reduced group rate during the NWC Meet has been arranged with two local hotels, the Mystic Hilton (Host Hotel) and the Days Inn to offer a range of rates.   Both rate groups offer a 48 Hour cancelation policy and your credit card will not be charged until check-in, so lock-in your room early!

​

• Note: 20 rooms have been added to the group rate room block as of March 14th. These may be the last available group rate rooms at the Hilton, so don't wait!
