Pre-registration – All participants, whether or not you are bringing a woodie, are required to pre-register for this event to assist in the planning of various activities.

• Please use the registration form to provide your contact information, details about your woodie, and your affiliation with National Woodie Club and any local chapter.

  • Note: If you are not a NWC member, you will be signed-up for a FREE 6-month membership that includes a digital subscription to the Woodie Times.

 

• The registration fee per vehicle is $40 payable in advance of the meet with your registration form

  • Includes 2 one day passes to Mystic Seaport Museum

  • Additional guests and those without a woodie may purchase Group Rate museum admissions at door

 

• Also please use this form to indicate the meet activities in which you plan to participate.

  • Note: The Saturday buffet dinner is $50 per person and payable in advance of the meet.  Children under 12 are free.
